I am a lover of beautiful things, and so, I am a maker of beautiful things. Like stopping to watch a sunset or pausing to admire a vibrant flower, I have seen that beauty forces us to slow down. It awakens us. It forces us to be planted where our feet are and experience what is directly in front of us.
My hope is that my work adds beauty to your routines, to your table, & to your home.

All of my ceramics are handthrown by me on my pottery wheel or at my community studio. With a masterful mix of clay, water, artistic will, and a pinch of centripetal force, I shape the clay from a lump to a vessel. After drying a little, I trim the piece to take off excess clay and send it to its first firing. The first firing permanently hardens the clay, and then, I glaze it and then fire it once more.
I experiment with a variety of claybodies, but most of my work is in white, black, or speckled brown clay.
Each piece that I make is completely unique, so once you own one, you will have something that no one else in the world has--pretty neat!
